I registered myself to online preliminaries for the Romanian championship.
My first achievement was to participate in the Romanian offline final.
I continue to play all the online preliminary tournaments for ONLINE CHAMPION.
This is the very first time I have ever participated in this kind of competition. I have gotten my all my work colleagues and family involved. Everyone around me waited for the miracle. And It happened!
After the preliminary tournaments I was invited to play in the online final.
It was so strange for me. I had mixed feelings and emotions, hope, wish…..
It’s hard to say in only a few words.
In the 3-rd final I experienced an exciting atmosphere……
I win the first hand…..the second….the third……..my heart started to beat faster…….in the fourth game….after 3 hands I have only 4 tiles on the rack……the time seemed to stretch…..It took my breath away…….and…….yes, yes, yes!!!!!!! I can conclude the game!
4 out of 4 victories…..492 points……..And….in the silence of my office my voice explode……RUMMIKUB here I am!
It is a strange feeling to become a champion. It’s joy and happiness and satisfaction …to know you're the best. It doesn’t change me as a person…but it gives me confidence….
Now, when I know officially that I’m the ONLINE CHAMPION what I feel is …..I wish, I can, I do it!
In this moment my desire is to be WORLD RUMMIKUB CHAMPION. So……..
As in the words of Cesar….I will come, I will play, I will win!
